An export from London, Scalini does in Dubai what it’s been doing for three decades in Mayfair: well-executed Italian classics. Set on the lower-ground level of the Four Seasons Resort, the blue-and-white-striped dining room is cool and inviting, and an alfresco terrace dotted with lemon trees somehow defies local temperatures to remain breezy. Charismatic chefs prepare many of the dishes in front of diners, with highlights including the grilled branzino (sea bass) with mussels and clams, and the lobster spaghetti. Don’t skip dessert.
