Scalini has launched a new menu, featuring newly imported white truffles from Alba, available from noon-11.30pm daily.

The seasonal menu was inspired by the comforting cuisine and fresh produce of Italy. Guests are encouraged to try a selection of specials featuring the diamond of Scalini’s kitchen, shaved at each table by in-house truffle experts.

Dishes include the Burrata di Andria, White Asparagus “Alla Contessa”, steamed asparagus served with Hollandaise sauce, Aquarello Parmesan Risotto, sourced from the Rondelino family’s estate in Piedmont and prepared with fresh Parmigiano, and Clarified Butter Tagliolini, homemade tagliolini prepared “alla Scalini” in a large Grana Padano Cheese Wheel.

Inspired by the famed Spritz from the Amalfi coast, Scalini serves a new collection, fusing intricate flavours with Italian bubbles.
